Pails are positioned above the beam which ensures smooth wire feeding. If the wires are qualified, no unintentional stop will occur, so that no downtime is required.

1) The plate’s warp after welding is so negligible that a three-roller rolling machine is able to level it.
2) Surfacing a 3 (parent metal) + 3 (deposit metal) wear plate is guaranteed.

当一桶焊丝用完或因送丝不畅而中断焊接时,操作工可以选择:
1)同时停止四把焊枪,待问题解决后按断点位置续焊;
2)仅停止失效焊枪,让其余正常的焊枪继续工作直至完成该焊道,然后停机检查并解决问题,再断点续焊。(四把枪同时停止运动的位置即为断点)。

When a wire runs out or the equipment shutdowns due to wire feeding failure, the operator has two options to choose from:
1) Immediately stop the four welding guns simultaneously, solve the problem and resume welding the point where it had stopped.
2) Immediately stop the failed welding gun, wait till the rest finish welding the bead. When the failure is addressed, resume welding the point where it had stopped.
